2021 Nationals and Fees Refund

The JV Committee wishes to thank all of the managers and coaches who volunteered their time to support the 2021 State Squad training.

Thank you Jean Poole – Coughlan, Sandy Hollingworth, Daniel Kelly, Miki Mayer, Emilien Freund, Nao Taketani, Neel Beyers and Doug Noack.

Jean and all of the coaches and other volunteers were just as disappointed as our players that we were unable to travel interstate.

JV is very disappointed by the fact there hasn’t been a National Championship for 2 years running.

We are pleased that the alternative event last weekend was successful for those Judo players who were able to travel to the Gold Coast. We will have to wait until 2022 for the next real National Championships that will have National points attached.

JV encourages all Victorian judo players to keep positive and focus on dominating the dais again in 2022.

State Squad Fees

The JV Committee would like to thank Treasurer, Pat Quek, for his recommendation and work in setting up the process to ensure that all fees will be returned in full to State Squad members including squad fees, entry fees and uniform fees.

The Treasurer has emailed all State Squad members requesting they supply him with bank account details so that he can return the money as soon as possible.

If you have not received this notice please contact the Treasurer:  treasurer@judovictoria.com.au
